Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption

   • Gift cards may only be redeemed for eligible products and services at Gentlemen’s Bits of Margate in-store or online (where applicable).

   • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

2. Validity

   • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/issuance.

   • Expired gift cards will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable

   • Gift card purchases are final. They cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Balance

   • Purchases that exceed the available balance must be paid using another form of payment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

   • Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Restrictions

   • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

   • Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

7. Fraud

   • Gentlemen’s Bits of Margate reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders if fraud is suspected.

8. Governing Law

   • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdon.

9. Changes

   • Gentlemen’s Bits of Margate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, as permitted by law.
